Terms of Use for SermonBuild & SermonBook

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SermonBuild and SermonBook (“Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

SermonBuild and SermonBook provide digital tools for pastors and ministry leaders to develop sermons and convert sermon series into book chapters. The Services are offered on a subscription basis with different feature tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to share login credentials with unauthorized users.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly based on the chosen plan.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
• No refunds are provided, except where required by law.

5. User Content & Ownership

• Users retain full ownership of their sermon materials and content.
• By using the Services, you grant SermonBuild and SermonBook a limited license to store and process your content for service functionality.
• We do not claim any rights over the intellectual property of your content.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

• Your data is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy.
• We take reasonable security measures but are not liable for data breaches beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for data loss, system downtime, or technical failures that result in lost content.
• The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• In no event shall SermonBuild or SermonBook be liable for damages exceeding the total amount paid for the subscription in the past 6 months.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

• You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• You shall not distribute, modify, or resell the software without permission.
• AI-generated content should be used in accordance with applicable laws and ministry ethics.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, but payments are non-refundable.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of modifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
